•Why is my order on hold ? "On-Hold" status means that your order is being processed and prepared for shipment. Orders usually ship in 5-10 BUSINESS days. Some items may need to be shipped to us from the manufacturer and can sometimes take a few days longer .

•What payment types do you accept ? We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal.

•When will my order ship ? We will ship orders within 5-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be processed until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail.

•When will I receive my order ? Depending on your location you should recieve most orders within 2-3 weeks. Some items might be drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor and may not arive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock and we will notify you via e-mail.
